One of the most intimidating things about making a management change—or moving to professional support after DIY’ing it, is the transition process. As a board, how will we know complete records are being transferred? What if we don’t have everything we need? How much work is this going to take??

MicroHOA makes transition easy.  We have an organized and clear onboarding process, and you’ll have a dedicated onboarding specialist to lead it. 

We’ll take care of many things without you having to touch it: If you have a previous manager, MicroHOA onboarding specialist works directly with your previous management company to make the transition.  But you will be in the loop so you know what's going on with the transition of your records and financials.  

We’ll meet you where you are. No need to be concerned with incomplete records or gaps.  There may be dues delinquencies.  Meetings may have been missed, or minutes may be a mess.  There may be community conflict, or apathy.  We understand how things are. 
We respect the board volunteers’ time.  Running the HOA is not your top priority.  We’ll do everything we can to collect resources with the least impact on your time.

When we’re done, we’ll understand your community’s business management.  And you’ll have a better understanding of it too.

When it’s time for the board to inform owners, we’ll provide message templates for your announcement and communication.  All you have to do is fill in a few blanks.

 
As a result of our onboarding process,  your community will be better organized. You’ll have a plan to meet every obligation of your HOA, so the owners and property are protected and the community is on track.
