Budgeting is one of the most important responsibilities for volunteer HOA board members. Once the annual budget is drafted and approved, it sets the funds available for community expenses and projects in the year ahead—and more importantly determines each homeowner’s assessment amount.

Please submit your completed budgets to MicroHOA by November 15. This deadline ensures there’s enough time to provide members with the required notice about next year’s budget and assessments.
